They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Trainer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Candidate Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class coached group training sessions to the club’s programming standard.
• Coach private one-on-one clients with fully individualised programmes.
• Use diagnostics data (body composition, fitness testing) to inform programming and demonstrate progress.
• Collaborate with the physiotherapist and wellness coach on integrated member plans.
• Maintain session records, attendance, and progress tracking for every client.
• Uphold immaculate gym floor standards: equipment care, safety, and presentation.
• Contribute to programme design and new training concepts.

Candidate Requirements

• Internationally recognised personal training certification.
• 3–6 years of paid coaching experience with demonstrable client results.
• Proven ability to coach both small-group sessions and private one-on-one clients.
• Ability to programme intelligently for varied ages, abilities, and medical considerations, including older executive clients.
• Excellent spoken English and a confident, respectful coaching manner with senior professionals. Impeccable punctuality, grooming, and professionalism.
• Comfortable using training and programming software and wearable/diagnostic data.
• Candidate must be based in Abuja.

Preferred Background:

• Strength & conditioning (CSCS or equivalent).
• Premium fitness clubs or private client rosters.
• Corrective exercise / post-rehab training.
• Athlete or executive performance coaching.
