Job Title: Longevity Diagnostics Specialist / Health Optimisation Physician Specialist

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead all diagnostics services: baseline assessments, periodic re-testing, and results consultations.
• Design and oversee personalised health optimisation protocols in collaboration with trainers, physiotherapists, and the wellness coach.
• Deliver diagnostics as a premium standalone service for members and non-member clients.
• Maintain rigorous clinical standards, record-keeping, consent, and confidentiality.
• Ensure diagnostic equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operated safely.
• Contribute to protocol packages and service development for the Longevity Suite.
• Refer members to external specialists where clinically indicated.

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory MBBS with valid MDCN registration and licence to practise in Nigeria.
• 4–8 years of post-qualification clinical experience.
• Ability to conduct, interpret, and clearly communicate results from body composition analysis (InBody), VO2 max / metabolic testing, blood pressure, oximetry, spirometry, and related assessments.
• Confident presenting complex health data to non-medical, high-achieving clients in plain, motivating language.
• Excellent written and spoken English; polished professional presence.
• Comfortable engaging executives, diplomats, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficient with clinical software, reporting tools, and data handling.
• Candidate must be based in Abuja.

Preferred Background:

• Sports & exercise medicine.
• Preventive or lifestyle medicine.
• Executive health screening programmes.
• Longevity or functional medicine clinics.
• Cardiology, endocrinology, or internal medicine exposure.
