Job Description
- Optimise plant and equipment availability
- Optimise process performance
- Manage planned maintenance system integrity and optimal usage
- Facilitate problem solving and decision making
- Optimise team performance
- Manage occupational health, safety, risk and environment
- Communicate effectively across teams
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Eng. in any Engineering related course
- Good knowledge of best practices in manufacturing
- Membership of COREN/ NSE will be an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years’ prior experience in a FMCG environment
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Must be Computer proficient
