Job Description
- Optimise plant and equipment availability and reliability
- Optimise process performance and manage human resources
- Manage planned maintenance system integrity and optimal usage
- Facilitate problem solving and decision making
- Optimise team performance
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Communicate effectively in the workplace
Requirements
- Proven Leadership Skills
- Good knowledge of best practices in manufacturing and asset management
- Use of computerized maintenance management system
- Analytical and evaluative skills
- Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Experience in automated brewing equipment will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a fmcg environment
- Must be computer literate with 2 years cogent experience in a similar role
