Job Title: Specialist.System and Processes
        
Job Summary 
       
The Systems and Processes Specialist demonstrates exceptional ability in collaborating with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. In this role you will provide adequate and seamless commercial&technical support to the sales channels to achieve business goals.

Principal Functions        
  • Liaise with all departments (Engineering, IT, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care teams etc.) to ensure delivery of seamless sales operations support to the sales channels.
  • Responsible for the driving sales channel s  specification of IT applications and systems, upgrades and total system solutions
  • Responsible to support the sales team to meet channel partners order s target for the regions
  • Provide technical sales support to Region Managers, Sales Managers and all sales channels
  • Implement approved improvement initiatives to ensure enhanced performance of the team.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of requests, complaints and other issues relating to sales systems and processes escalated from the Regional Sales offices.
  • Ensure that all sales channels have all required IT applications and systems.
  • Provide adequate support to project office for Sales related projects
  • Ensure Sales projects are properly aligned with Business Processes.
  • Attend team meetings as required.
  • Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Systems and Processes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
Educational Requirements        
  • First degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Understanding of IT systems and how they integrate and are used by the commercial teams
  • Very Strong customer mindset
  • Strong creative problem solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in developing and writing specifications and proposals is preferred
  • Two (2) to Five (5) years post-NYSC relevant work experience.
