Job Title: Cook & Housekeeper
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Hours of Work; Monday to Friday(6am to 6pm)
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and maintain record of related expenditure
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat or preparing sauces)
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Undertaking all laundry duties, cleaning and general housekeeping
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and residents
- Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven cooking experience
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiar with industry’s best practices
