Job Title: Cook & Housekeeper

Location:
 Lagos

Responsibilities
  • Hours of Work; Monday to Friday(6am to 6pm)
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and maintain record of related expenditure
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat or preparing sauces)
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Undertaking all laundry duties, cleaning and general housekeeping
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and residents
  • Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proven cooking experience
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
