Job Responsibilities
- Give advice to construction site personnel in order to reduce the risks in the workplace.
- Ensure that all personnel follow safety rules and regulations.
- Carry out and facilitate incident investigations.
- Provide HSE training to fabrication staff and subcontractors.
- Carry out worksite inspections and approve work permits.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in safety and occupational health, NEBOSH certificate would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 year's experience in a health and safety environment, preferably in the oil and gas or heavy construction industry.
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Good coaching and training skills.
- Good negotiating, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
