Job Title: Civil Engineer II
Location: Osun
Functions
Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties:
- Carrying out preliminary surveys and investigation on all types of civil engineering activities
- Preparing engineering designs in steel, reinforced and pre-stressed concrete
- Carrying out tests on highway materials
- Preparing cost estimates and tender documents for projects to be executed.
- Assisting in the maintenance of the institution’s roads
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess a degree in Civil Engineering registrable with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN) plus evidence of completion of NYSC or exemption from NYSC.
Conditions of Service
- This is similar to those obtainable in the Federal Public Service and Federal Tertiary Health institution in Nigeria.
Salary
CONHESS 07 Step 02 - (N992,512.00) - per annum.
