Job Title: Health Records Officer II
Location: Osun
Functions
Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties:
- Assisting in the arrangement of medical records
- Organizing, classifying and taking custody of records
- Collecting and computing medical statistics
- Assisting in the creation, storage and retrieval of patients’ record and any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess Higher National Diploma (H.N.D.) in Health Records/Health Information Management or A Degree in Health Records Administration/Health Information Management from a recognized University plus evidence of completion of or exemption from N.Y.S.C.
- Candidates to either of the positions must obtain a current practicing license.
Conditions of Service
- This is similar to those obtainable in the Federal Public Service and Federal Tertiary Health institution in Nigeria.
Salary
CONHESS 07 Step 02 - (N992,512.00) - per annum.
