Job Title: Area Station Manager (Retail Outlets)
Location: Nigeria
Job Descriptions
- Reporting to the Marketing Manager and the successful candidate will be in charge of sales, finance and general administration of the retail outlets across the country.
Specific Responsibilities
He/she will be responsible for:
- Profitable management of over 100 stations across thee country
- Business Development strategy in doubling the network within 1 year
- Ensuring effective performance measurement and Management Information Systems for the station across the country
- Ensuring safeguard and proper management of the company's assets at the stations
- Supervise the station manager for effective resources allocations and management management in driving the business growth and development.
Qualifications, Experiences and Attributes
- Good first Degree in Marketing, Business Administration from a reputable institution
- Possession of MBA will be an added advantage
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word and Excel
- Ideal age should be between 29-35 years.
