Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Minimum of first degree in Business Administration, ACA is an added advantage
- Must have about 10 years continuous working experience
- Must be working in a reputable organization in the same capacity
- Proven experience in performing similar assignments for a minimum of 5 years
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Exceptional communication and team member development skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, demonstrate professionalism and proactively escalate issues along with recommendations for successful resolution
- Decision making competence
