Job Title: Hospital Administrator/Manager

Job Descriptions
  • Assume the overall administrative responsibility for the management and direction of the
  • operational, personnel end financial activities of the hospital.
  • Use growth oriented strategies to transform and increase market presence of hospital.
  • Be tasked with the assessment and management of the staffing of patient flows for all points of service
  • Create standardized marketing practice procedures, unique advertising/promotion/PR plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Market and promote the hospital services to HMOs, governmental agencies, corporation and the public.
  • Devise plans to deliver appropriate services to hospital clients; create and maintain the organization's brand, and develop brand strategies and interface with outside agencies.
  • Supervise, evaluate and schedule work activities of medical doctors, clinical specialists, consultants, nursing, technical, clerical and service personnel.
  • Oversee hospital fiscal operations; billings, credit control accounting budgets planning monitoring expenditures, establishing tariff for services, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly hospital operations reports directly to the board and managers of parent organization.
Required Education/Training
  • Applicants with Degree in Nursing and Management/Business administration are preferred. Master's degree holders in other health related fields with additional certifications in financial modeling/management/marketing may apply.
Required Experience
  • At least 5-7 years of progressively responsible hospital management experience
  • Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing data to analyze and implement complex and demanding organizational goals to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and perform process improvement changes in staffing and workflows.
  • Knowledge of hospital and physician practice areas, including insurance, patient access, admissions, financial management, regulatory and daily operations.
  • Ability to deal effectively with the public.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identity organizational opportunities and implement operational solutions.
Remuneration
1,500,000.00 - 2,000,000.00 per annum.
