TECHNICAL TRAINING OFFICER (HRO003)
Objective:
- To report to the Learning and Development Manager and be responsible for the implementation of the technical training plan
- Provide support in conducting technical competency assessments and monthly reporting
Responsibilities
- Preparation of training logistics
- Reconciliations with the Industrial Training Fund
Candidate's Profile
- B.Sc or HND in any Engineering or Social Science discipline
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in an FMCG company
- Good organisational skills
- Good oral and written communication
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Not more than 30 years old
