HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (HR0001)
Objectives
- To report to the Plant Human Resources Manager and provide support in general HR administration and Industrial relations
Responsibilities
- Handling of Insurance Matters (Accident report and claim) and Workmen
compensation
- Maintenance of staff data base
Candidate's Profile
- 2-3 years' relevant experience in an FMCG company
- B.Sc or HND degree in any Management or Social Science discipline from a
reputable institution (Minimum 2nd class lower)
- Good organisation skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Not more than 28 years old
