General Requirements

Technical Skills
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent and 5 years’ experience in the mentioned area.

- Troubleshooting problems related to equipment and IT infrastructure
- Ability to manage, operate and maintain the internal network (LAN) and its infrastructure

- Ability to provide user support and training by e-mail, phone and in-person
