Job Title: PA to the Executive Chairman (Retail Supermarket)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Our ideal candidate must be a self-driver, outgoing, result oriented and with an eye for the big picture and passion for customers and the brand.
- Source and manage resources, conduct research and generally internet savvy
- Work under pressure and capable of thinking on their feet in a crisis
- Maintain confidentiality with information
- Schedule and organise meetings
- Organise travels, plan and manage complex travel itineraries
- IT proficiency must be at advanced-level skills in Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and at least an intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel)
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma. (A second degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage)
- 3 years’ minimum working experience in similar position
