Job Title: Admin Manager/Secretary

Location:
Lagos

Responsibilities
  • Identification and management of good business prospects.
  • Adequate implementation of record-based and target-driven business plan and profitable business budget.
  • Efficient client management strategies and interpersonal business relationship.
  • Putting in place appropriate business plans and budget to ensure profitability and maintenance of cash flow.
  • Maintenance of existing and creation of new clients.
Qualifications
  • OND/HND in the Social Sciences or Business Administration/Secretarial Studies
  • Possession of Higher Degree or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage
  • Fully conversant with Word, Excel, Power point and other relevant applications
  • Must possess minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
  • Should have held verifiable high position at managerial or supervisory level in the last 2 years
  • Relevant experience in Real Estate Management will be an added advantage.
