Job Title: Brand/Administrative Officer
Location: Any City, Nigeria
Job Description
- The required individuals are expected to deliver premium online marketing services that yield obvious and measurable results.
- The Brand/Administrative Officer should be passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns, generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- He/she would also supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.
The Brand/Administrative Officer’s duties include:
- Branding of client’s orders;
- Manages external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies;
- Develops brand standards and usage guidelines;
- Manages schedules and deadlines;
- Monitors inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with regards to budgetary constraints;
- Monitors costs and expenses to assist in budget preparations;
- Oversees facilities services;
- Plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes;
- Ensures operations adhere to policies and regulations;
- Responsible for day to day running of the office.
Requirements
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix highly creative with ability to think outside the box
- Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices excellent command of the English language.
- B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing
- Prospective applicants must have a good and defendable University degree with a minimum of second class upper division (2.1) and not more than 30 years of age.
- Relevant work experience will be an added advantage
