Nigeria Institute of Journalism invites suitably qualified candidates for admission Into Full Time and Part - Time National Diploma, (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND) and Post - Graduate Diploma (PGD) Programmes 2013/2014 Academic Session
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following Programmes of the institution.
1.) National Diploma in Mass Communication
Requirements
- 5 '0' level credits including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
- Prospective candidates are expected to sit for and pass the 2013 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board’s (JAMB’s)Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
2.) Higher National Diploma in Mass Communication
Requirements
- National Diploma in Mass Communication from a recognized Institution with at least LOWER CREDIT and one year Post-ND Industrial Attachment experience.
- Candidate should possess the entry requirements for admission into National Diploma programme in the first place.
3.) Post-graduate Diploma in Print, Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations/Advertising
Requirement
- A good HND or University Degree in any discipline.
- Evidence of participation or exemption from the National Youth Service programme is compulsory.

Method of Application
Interested and qualified candidates should fulfill the following:
- Interested persons should obtain bank draft for the sum of N3,500 for ND, N5,000 only for HND and N7,000 only for PGD.
- All bankdrafts should be. drawn from any of the ECOBANK PLC, WEMA BANK PLC or ASO SAVINGS AND LOANSPLC branches and made payable to the Nigerian Institute of Journalism.
- Candidates should present the bankdraft to the Registry Deportment and collect appropriate form and Submission should be made to:
