App and Website Developer at Adavee Hub Limited

As we expand, we are currently looking for a qualified candidate who will support our operations, to fill the position below:

Job Title: App and Website Developer

Location: Abuja

Dimensions of Role

• Lead on development of app and progressive web applications to deliver on overall concept.
• Build the backend and ensure all front end linkages are functional.
• Ensure seamless integration of payment processors with all apps and websites.
• Regularly update app and website in response to queries and comments from the different units (Marketing, customer service and operations).
• Address functionality challenges of the apps and websites including anti-virus and anti-hacking measures.
• Build the capacity of relevant staff to support back end and frontend management.
• Integrate machine learning into app and website functionality.
• Submit regular and timely reports on app and web functionality
• Act in other capacities as agreed with supervisor (Chief Product Development Officer).

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Graduate of any IT discipline or related studies.
• Certification in any relevant source coding application.
• At least 2 years' experience working in the IT sector with specialization in app and website development and management.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing apps and websites with payment processor integration and push notification will be a major plus.
• Demonstrated experience in the use and modification of source codes will be an added advantage.
• Experience with machine learning and chat bot development and integration
• Strong team building skills
