Coscharis Mobility Limited (CML) - Our client, with exponential growth plans in Nigeria, are seeking the services of suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant HR Manager

Reference No: CMO-02
Location: Lagos

Summary

Must be computer literate.
MBA is an added advantage.
Must have a professional qualification.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skill. (oral/writing)
Analytical Skill.

Responsibilities

Leave Administration
Assist in payroll and benefits.administration (including GLA,EC and.other benefits)
Attend to staff medical issues (HMO)
Attend to request of ex-staff
Ensure new staff data is properly captured on Human Capital Software
Proper filing of personnel records by classification, good arrangement and indexing
Regular update of employee and departmental records
Ensure effective mass communication to staff through e-mails, notice board and other relevant medium
Maintain all statutory records and to assist in HRIS management.
Ensure the privacy and safe guard of employee information
Assist in Departmental budget implementation
Management of industrial Trainee and NYSC information
Assist in all training activities
Assist is recruitment process and ensuring proper and adequate documentation
Follow up on staff verification consultants
Any other job dictates from the.unit head.

Requirements

HND/B.Sc Degree in Business Administration/Management
Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
ACIPM is an dded Advantage.
