Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Location: Rivers

Job Description

We are searching for a high energy individual who is able to multi-task yet still have an eye for detail and will be a dynamic leader who can “lead by example” and “roll up their sleeves” to take this property to the next level.
This individual will be primarily responsible for planning and managing the Restaurant, Main bar, Meeting room, Penthouse Lounge, Pool side Bar and Room Service in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with management policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
This position is also responsible for promotional ideas and procedural changes, prepares forecasts, implements and monitors the targeted budgets for the various outlets, and ensuring staff is working together as a team to achieve optimum service and that exceeds guests’ expectations.

Minimum Requirements

Must have previous 4-star hotel Food and Beverage management experience
Must have the capability to lead from the front and be a strong, credible leader and drive standards
Possess very strong F&B knowledge
Must be financially and commercially astute
A proven track record of mentoring and developing talent within the operation
Good skills to increase sales & profitability within all areas of the business
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & senior management
Must be passionate about the hospitality industry & constantly delivering top class customer service
Track record of delegating responsibility to others to meet objectives and achieve desired results.
