Job Title: Director of Works and Maintenance

Location: Makurdi, Benue

Requirements

• Candidates must have a good honours degree in any of the following: Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, Building and related courses from a recognized University and full registration with COREN with 15 years with post qualification cognate experience in a University or reputable institution. Higher degree is an added advantage.
• He/She must be able to show evidence of Administrative competence.

Age:

• Applicants must not be more than sixty (60) years of age at the time of appointment.

Health:

• Applicants must enjoy good health to be able to endure the rigours of the duties of the position.

Duration of Appointment

• The appointment shall be for a single term of Five (5) years.

Conditions of Service

• These are as approved for Federal Universities in the country and as may be modified from time to time by competent authorities.
