Job Title: Assistant Systems Manager (ASM)

Location: Any City, Nigeria

Overview

The Assistant Systems Manager will be responsible for managing large scale, complex, and enterprise activities utilizing our client’s system management methodology
They will also be responsible for delivering results aligned with the business’s requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain large scale complex enterprise, including, but not limited to planning, implementation and evaluating the enterprise activities
Actively manage key customer relationships within their business areas ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Provide summarized status for all enterprise activities to the executive team, including updates on activities and deliverables, as well as risks and mitigation strategies
Advise leadership and participate in program/project, status, risks, and resource planning for strategic initiatives
Plan and implement systems regular maintenance
Liaise with Federal, State and Local agencies to ensure smooth relationship
Ensure the continuous improvement of the enterprise management methodology, processes and policies in order to maximize the benefits and minimize losses
Work with senior leadership to define, monitor and reinforce safety culture, norms and operating practices.

Requirements

HND / Bachelor's Degree or graduate Degree
6-8 years of relevant experience in large enterprise initiatives
Must have demonstrated meaningful experience with and a passion for customer service
Exceptional ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all types of stakeholders and senior management
Ability to balance the drive for uninterrupted business growth with necessary processes and procedures
Ability to learn quickly and solve problems, and be self motivated to improve knowledge and tackle new challenges
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Preference will be given to applicants with:
Considerable experience in multinational engineering companies, power distribution companies, industrial manufacturing companies, telecom industries, banks and financial services companies.
Electrical or Industrial Engineering or technology related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
