Job Title: Accounting Administrator

Job Description
We are seeking a courageous Accounting Administrator to be responsible for reconciliation of transactions, vendor accounts, client accounts and bank accounts and raising and monitoring Stock levels.
You will also be required to support the Tax Director where needed.
Requirements
The Role of our Champion:
Daily:
Schedule payments to fit in with the company’s cash flow objectives
Submit COS invoices for approval in NAV.
Maintain the Purchase order process in NAV (Once approve, convert to invoices, archive and delete.
Capture invoices in NAV and preparation of payments when needed
Allocate payments to supplier accounts in NAV
Provide information regarding supplier information and expenses on request
Downloading of bank statements, capture and update financial records.
Resolve and process customer refunds
Monitor VTU stock levels on CTX and MNO portals – draw up daily schedule and seek authorization
Processing VTU stock orders
Assisting leadership with regulatory and tax queries where needed.
Weekly:
Preparing weekly purchases of Airtime stock
Assisting with Debtor administration such as following up outstanding payments and managing a relationship with each debtor.
Monthly:
Fixed asset register is kept up to date
Gather withholding tax certificates
Any other ad hoc requests

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (accounting, finance)
Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience would be an advantage.
Credit Control Experience (international) of at least three years
Experience with the regulatory environment including tax filing and query handling
Computer Literate, (MS Office), with advanced Excel proficiency
