Job Description

• An online job recruitment startup company is seeking a dynamic individual with a wide range of marketing and operational skills along with good management skills and experience to provide a high level of support to the general manager for a variety of tasks and projects.
• The successful candidate will be a multi-tasking guru with an aptitude for numbers, a passion for details and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build marketing campaign on essential platforms which can include, but not limited to: Adwords, Bing, Facebook, print etc.
• Improve campaigns to optimize performance, using experimentation and industry knowledge to improve ROI on existing properties
• Review specified websites and suggest updates in order to improve campaign performance
• Maintain a cost per conversion rate as indicated by the Marketing requirements
• Participate in the creative conception and design of marketing assets used in campaigns
• Coordinates and leads sales efforts with other sales resources e.g sales persons
• Establish, maintain and develop relationships with potential customers who have been identified as target clients in order to meet corporate objectives of maximum profitability and sales growth
• Analyze customer needs and interests in order to maximize sales volume and identify service requirements

Qualifications

• Highly organized and adaptable with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft words & Excel
• High attention to detail with the ability to make judgement calls and work with minimal supervision
• Ability to drive maximum performance for paid / unpaid media campaigns
• Demonstrated Experience with Google, Google Analytics & Facebook or similar platforms. Familiarity with all relevant social media channels: Bing, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc
• Experience with writing smart ad copy and familiarity with conversion rate optimization methodologies for landing pages. You have superior writing and editing skills, with an eye for perfection.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years relevant Marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management or equivalent training/experience
• Experience in online marketing spaces, in particular digital advertising
• Experience in social media or content marketing a definite asset
• Experience with e-commerce platforms or managing customer sales journeys is an asset

Salary
N70,000 per month for the 1st 8 months
