Job Title: Chief Security Officer - CONUNASS 13

Location: Osun

Duties

• Shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor in the day-to-day performance of his duties to ensure security of life and property on all the Campuses of the University
• Shall provide required leadership to all Security Officers and Security Providers on all the Campuses of the University
• Shall advise and alert management in security situations in the University
• Shall liaise with other Security Agencies in the State with a view to providing security for the University Community; and
• Shall undertake any other assignments from the Vice-Chancellor that will bring about adequate security for the University.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a good First Degree in relevant discipline obtained from a recognized Institution with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or Higher National Diploma (HND), with a minimum of Lower Credit in relevant discipline with fifteen (15) years cognate experience
• Qualified retired Officer of the Nigerian Military, Police, Department of State Security Services and other allied Security Agencies with equivalent professional qualifications may be considered and offered renewable contract appointment.
• Candidates must be knowledgeable in ICT.
