An Automobile and Steel Manufacturing Plant has vacancy to recruit exceptional talents with high level of initiatives to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facilities Officer

Location: Ota, Ogun

Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Officer supervises the artisans to ensure that building maintenance is undertaken in a timely and safe manner along with providing administrative support and ensuring that the building is maintained to a safe standard

Qualifications

First degree/HND in Estate Management or Engineering
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in facility Management
Knowledge of the operations and maintenance of a manufacturing firm.
Knowledge and demonstrable skills in building maintenance
Knowledge, understanding and skills to source trades suppliers and trades people and to be able to supervise and evaluate their services
Applicants should reside around Ota in Ogun State, Abule-Egba, Meran or its environs.
