Job Title: Ticketing & Reservations Agent

Reports To: Airport Manager
Function: Ground Services
Sub Function: Sales/ Customer Service
Location: All Aero locations

Purpose Statement:
To ensure that tickets are sold and issued to customers correctly and in accordance with the laid down NCAA laws.

Key Accountabilities:

• Fare Quotes and Reservations.
• Ensure all tickets are issued correctly and according to IATA regulations.
• Block group seats for series and adhoc group. Copied: hotnigerianjobs.com
• Revalidation, rebooking, and upgrading of tickets
• Issuing MPDs for excess luggage payments.
• Coupon reconciliation and balancing.
• Reconciling cash uplift with ticket sales.
• Providing a frontline point of presence for passenger enquiries.
• Process baggage and passengers in line with ACN’s standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• This position requires a graduate with a Degree/HND or any related discipline relevant to aviation.
• A good knowledge of and/ or previous experience in the aviation industry will be an added advantage.
• Preferably but not essentially to have IATA/UFTTA qualifications.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to work well on own initiative and adapt to changing work demands.
