We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Support Executives & Manager

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge and/or experience of the Beauty & Wellness client industry segment and culture.
Develop and maintain interpersonal skills, and excellent working relationships with clients and other key stakeholders (including internal) to ensure all queries are acknowledged promptly, responded to fully within business/desk guidelines, and followed through a satisfactory outcome for the client.
Client on boarding - Support professionals & businesses through our entire product lifecycle, ensuring they know how to fully leverage the platform.
Client retention - including contract (re) negotiations
Find, maximise and close new revenue opportunities aligned to the Client's objectives.
Ensure high service delivery levels.
Act as client champion internally, supporting issues and driving resolutions where appropriate.
Build and develop excellent working relationships with existing client base to ensure retentive business and revenue growth.
Lead the delivery of multiple work streams. (Manager Role)
Performs project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, and profitability analysis processes as well as contact and opportunity/funnel management. (Manager Role)
Formally manages others as a Career Coach/Counselling Manager and/or as a Reviewer on a project/engagement. (Manager Role)
