Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Job Summary;

The Front desk officer is responsible for providing secretarial clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner,

Job Description

You will have the following responsibilities:
Operate telephone switchboard system and manage phone calls at the reception area, directing incoming calls to the appropriate staff and taking messages when required
Welcoming and answering queries from visitors/client^ and providing them with necessary information when possible.
Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the company
Receive, acknowledge receipt and sort mails and deliveries
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Maintaining a log of employee attendance on a daily basis
Keep inventory of vehicle key(s), monitoring and coordinating activity and movement of drivers.
Must be resident in Abuja or willing to relocate

Qualifications:

Minimum HND/ B.sc Degree. 2.2

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year post NYSC cognate or relevant

Remuneration:
