Dear Employers of Labour, stop denying applicants of job opportunities due to age restriction/barrier when you know what is obtainable in our tertiary institutions in this nation. This is a nation where you will gain admission into any tertiary institution and you can't predict when you will graduate due to internal/external crises such as ASUU Strike. Stop frustrating job seekers in this nation because not everybody has the mind of falsifying their age which is against their believe. Besides, this issue of grades, give everybody equal right to exhibit their skill because some of the so called first/second class upper,distinction/upper credit can't defend those grades. Stop deceiving yourself you know how awards are being given to students in some of our tertiary institutions both in private and public institutions.

Why all these discriminations? Are you saying that anybody who is above 26yrs can no longer reason well or work efficiently/effectively? This is one of the major reasons people engage in age falsification.. THIS IS GROSSLY UNFAIR AND UNGODLY.

I urge your company to please stop using this wall of Jericho of age barrier and other barriers to stop people who truly laboured to get their certificates, get the job opportunities. If you continue the trend like this, you will be part of those who encourage people to cut corners. We all know that the educational system in Nigeria is not reliable and parts of the people you give the privilege to join your team are not worth it in terms of integrity and truthfulnesa, when there millions who are qualified, being shut outside. Pls, for God's sake, let's stop using positions to act as the Goliath and Pharao on the people's ways to their promised land. Let's make Nigeria a better place. This is because we will not be here forever. Another King is coming to reign that will not know Joseph. Thank you.
