Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) - Our client, an international company and major player in the service sector of the Nigerian economy seeks to recruit a dynamic and resourceful Human Resource Manager to suppott the business goals of the company.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection
Salaries and Wages Administration Human Resource Services/Welfare
Human Resource Information and Services Industrial Relations
Review and Implementation of HR Policies

Qualification:

First Degree in any discipline; A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Human Resource practice Computer Skills - proficiency in MS-office application.
Ability to manage due process and procedures
Strong negotiating and presentation skills.
Good communication skills - oral & written.
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of personal effectiveness Membership of ClPM will constitute an advantage.
