W-Holistic Business Solutions (W-HBS) - Our Client, a furniture company seeks to hire a competent individual for the position of Production/Factory Manager in their organization.

Job Title: Productions Manager (Furniture Manufacturing)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Ensure the effective day-to-day operations of company overall production operations
Establish the performance and production standards for the company, all divisions, all operations and all personnel
Verify all products are manufactured to correct standard and specification and meet the highest quality standards
Ensure effective equipment operation, maintenance, evaluation and acquisition; as well as inventory management
Delegate responsibilities to appropriate subordinates in order to benefit from smooth running of operations

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

B.Sc/HND in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in the furniture industry.
Concern for Order & Quality
Knowledge of Quality Management
Knowledge of furniture manufacturing and new trends and techniques in the furniture industry
Ability to manage and coordinate furniture production in the most efficient manner
Ability to coordinate production staffs to deliver quality products that can compete with international standards
