I think it is high time Nigerian employers moved away frm this issue of age limit. What is more expedient is the employees' performance and delivery. They should realize that an average Nigerian does not gain admissn into school immediately after secondary sch. This may be possible however with d Bougeoisees in d economy who send their children to private sch or even fly them abroad. Nigerian industrial economy is crumbling bcos of what employers have caused themselves, employing based on age, man-no-man syndrom, discrimination etc . Research has shown that d best hands are those who have passed thru a lot of rigours and challenges. Not necessarily age. And about Nig youths, stop arguing abt degrees, prepare ur sef to perform and add value to whatever u ve come out wt. And to sahara group, select with high level of professionalism and wisdom. Thanks.
