Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital School Of Health Information Management, 2012/2013 Academic Session

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Health Information Management, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi, Anambra State for the 2012/2013 Academic Session. The programme is in two parts. Port I and II leading to the award of the National and Higher National Diploma of the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.

• Prospective candidates must possess a minimum qualification of Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent with credit passes in five (5) subjects. The subjects to be credited must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, and any other two subjects.
• Possession of the National Certificate in Health Records Sciences will be of added advantage.

• Candidates who hold the National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management and also met the normal entry requirements as stipulated above.

• Use of English 
• Mathematics
• Biology or Health science

• Candidates can also come personally to the school with Certified Bank Draft or cash to be paid at the Zenith Bank in the hospital (NAUTH Nnewi), dully receipted and collect the admission form thereafter.
• The closing date for the sale and submission of the part I and part II programme forms shall be Wednesday 28th November, 201 2
• Application duly completed must be returned to the coordinator on or before the closing date.
• The date for the entrance and oral interview is scheduled for Thursday 13th — Friday 14th December, 2012.
• Prospective candidates should come along with the Original Copies of their Certificates for interview.
