Hamilton Lloyd and Associates - Our client is one of Nigeria's leading Realty and Facility Management Company. Due to internal expansion and re-structuring, they are looking to hire qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Property Manager

Location: Lagos
Reports to: MD

Job Summary

• Responsible for the management of all residential and commercial sites under the company's mandate.
• Responsible for marketing of the company properties and third-party properties using tools available to the company e.g. the company Lifestyle and Property magazine, and the company database of potential clients.
• Ensures the growth of Management briefs in the company.
• Relationship management of landlords and tenants.
• Liaise with head of operations in the company for the maintenance of the properties under the company Mandate

Requirements

• 8 years experience
• B.Sc Degree in Real Estate or related field.
• Estate Surveyor or someone with some property management and marketing background.
• Has experience leading a team of people.
• Strong Relationship management Skills.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Be result oriented.
