Job description
Reporting to the Group Executive Director, the Group Head of IT is principally responsible for the development, management and administration of Group's entire IT infrastructure.  The job holder will have the responsibility for all IT issues in the Group and its subsidiaries.

The key aims and objectives are to develop and improve the Group's IT infrastructure and its operations across all the Group of  companies and to install the necessary software and hardware to provide the necessary levels of services related to IT.

Responsibilities

• Develop an overall group strategy on IT, its use and functions
• Manage all the IT managers within the group to the set out policy and procedures
• Grow and improve Group's network
• Increase Security
• Advance Group's ability to cut cost and improve efficiency.
• Utilise IT services as a tool to improve internal and external communication.
• Provide innovation to Group's business via IT tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• Cognate experience in Senior General Management or Business Development Management
• Knowledge of ERPs, Softwares and Hardwares is important
• Must have a good marketing orientation and acumen
• A wide experience of the energy services industry, including more than one sector
• Excellent communication & social skills across international cultures & different management levels
• Must be Strategically focused
