Job Title: Branch manager (BM)

Job Objectives
Coordinating the human and material resources in the branch and ensure that it is run profitably to the benefit of all Stakeholders.

Requirements / Experience
- First degree in any Business related discipline
- Masters In Business Administration, Economics or Banking & Finance, any other professional qualification is an added advantage
- 6 years relevant experience; at least 4 of which must have been at a supervisory level with
experience in the marketing of financial services
- Good negotiation, problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Environmental/Industry analysis; Financial Analysis/Interpretation
- Banking Operations (Domestic & International Operations); strong strategic orientation
