Kimberly Ryan is recruiting. Our client is a dynamic and innovative IT service provider with valuable strength in system integration of telecommunications and data network infrastructure. She has affiliations with many world dass multinational Original Equipment Manufacturers and represents the same in Nigeria through a nationwide network of branches and is therefore currently seeking to recruit competent individuals capable of filling the following positions:

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (Lagos) – TDH/710/CFO

Reporting to Chief Executive Officer
 
Tasks/ Key Responsibilities:
- lead the team to build company and shareholder value
- Form and execute financial and other related operating concerns of the Company.
- Plan, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the firm's fiscal functions and performance
- Managing all aspects - of accounting, finance, operations, and strategic planning
 
Minimum Requirements / Skills / Competencies:
- A minimum of 15 yrs experience, with at least 5 years in senior managerial position.
- B.Sc. in Accounting with professional membership of ICAN(MBA would be an added advantage)
- Competency in IT skills is essential
