Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leading provider of shipping and marine services to recruit a Customer Service Officer for its operations in Eastern Nigeria.

• The candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients.
• He/She will report to the Onne Branch Manager
• The position is based in Onne, Nigeria.

• Maintaining customer records and efficient service delivery
• Proactive response to queries and business requests
• Apt understanding of the business, clients requests and channel same to appropriate unit
• Achieve & exceed designated revenue targets
• Supply support services to staff and clients

• B.Sc in a management related course
• At least 2 years experience in a similar function
• Must possess a thorough understanding of relationship management
• Preferably female
• Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
• A pleasing personality with the ability and drive to have the objectives completed
• Should be Self-motivated
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
