Job Title: Marketing/Sales Officer

Reference No: Sales2017C
Location: Lagos

Job Objective

Reporting to the Manager, the candidate must be able to develop and implement solutions for improving the sales/marketing function of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct a needs assessment of the company
Develop a work plan for the sales and marketing function
Work on improving the visibility of company as well as its product and services
Work on improving the quality, content and marketing of the company, its product and services
Improve customer relationship management for the company
Meet revenue targets by direct marketing and sales
Improve marketing efforts through indirect marketing.
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Marketing and Sales Reports

Requirements

Minimum of OND in any field.
0-2 years experience in marketing and sales role in any reputable organization. (Cognate experience in sales with any reputable fashion company is an added advantage).
Application open to residents of Ajah, Lekki, Victoria Island, Lagos Island and environs only

The Person:

Must be in excellent health, smart, intelligent, confident, entrepreneurial, outgoing and friendly.
Must be between the range of 22 and 35 years of age.

Skills & Attributes:

A passion for fashion and vast knowledge of the fashion business
Visionary and strategic thinking and planning ability
Ability to multi task and work in a high stress environment
Articulate with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Marketing and sales skills (ability to sell products)
Good interpersonal skills and persuasive power to motivate people
Computer literate

Remuneration
Negotiable.
