Job Title: Xmas Tree Intervention Supervisor

Job Description

• Guarantee the safe execution of agreed X-Mas Tree intervention programmed activities on time at the well site, in compliance with codes of practices, all while optimizing and improving costs and lead times.
• Prepare and follow up X-mas tree spare parts Inventory
• Implement controls and processes to safeguard the technical integrity of the well and X-Mas Tree, economic interests and reputation of EPNL assets, in respect of X-Mas Tree intervention.
• Has a well site responsibility for the planning, coordination, supervision, execution, and evaluation of a wider scope of X-Mas Tree intervention operations
• Lead and supervise specialized X-Mas Tree intervention team in the execution of on site X-Mas Tree intervention activities to deliver maximum value whilst maintaining HSE standards.
• Provide input to, and liaise with, superintendent (or RSES-D) to develop and generate suitable well intervention reporting.
• Organize X-Mas Tree intervention activities, in accordance with the planning and under the control of his superintendent.
• Organize site logistics related with service equipment
• Prepare and follow up X-mas tree spare parts Inventory
• Provide exemplary HS&E Leadership in support of all X-Mas Tree and wire line intervention activities under area of responsibility. Supervise QHSE audits at well site and contractor’s support bases in collaboration with Drilling and Completion Operations Safety Leader (OSL).
• Prepare JRA with FO prior to operation’s commencement.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of with 8 years experience in X-Mas Tree and wireline intervention operations.
• Good knowledge of equipment is required to be able to supervise and co-ordinate effectively.
• Good oral, written presentation and communication skill in English language.
• Have a PC literate with word processing and spread sheet applications in a Window environment.
• International Well Control (IWCF) Certificate.
• SAS HUET certificate
• Category A, Emergency Breathing System (CA,-EBS)
• Excellent knowledge of FMC, CAMERON, VETCO X-Mas Trees and appropriate service tools.
• Excellent knowledge of Wireline tools (Halliburton, Baker, etc)Category A, Emergency Breathing System (CA,-EBS)
• Excellent knowledge of Wireline tools (Halliburton, Baker, etc)
