InterContinental Hotels Recruits Transport Officer

InterContinental will open in Lagos come 1st September, 2013 and will be located on Victoria Island, in the centre of Lagos home to the majority of foreign embassies and multinational companies, making it the perfect residence for affluent business and diplomatic travelers. Built on an elevated terrain overlooking Lagos's port and the city below, the 19 storey hotel will offer uninterrupted, spectacular views of Lagos Skyline.

Description

• You will be charming by being approachable, confident and courteous.
• You will drive designated Hotel vehicles in a prompt and safe manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years driving experience in a similar post.
• A valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform the following: carrying, pushing, or lifting items weighing up to 46kg
• Hardworking, polite, energetic with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate at all levels in English.
• Good understanding of the Hotel Industry standards, policies and procedures
• Service minded and ability to support operations
• You may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
