Aspilos Charity & Development Foundation also known as Aspilos Foundation (AF) is a non-governmental, non-political and not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of human life.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Officer

Location: Niger

Responsibilities and Duties
Tutoring - Along with other staff, a project officer is to:

• Develop and manage detailed training curriculum, scheduling and evaluation
• Implement the training on digital literacy, software development and mobile app creation
• Estimate, track, manage, and report on project schedules and impact.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor the performance and learning of the project beneficiaries
• Effectively manage meetings, and collaborate with project team members, cross-functional teams, partners and management to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Keep all applicable project information current in team tracking systems.
• Create research designs for the conduct of surveys
• Provide regular feedback on workflow processes, and project performance to management.
• Carry out any other duties as required

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

• Provide requested support material as required during project prospecting and meetings
• Handle some project related administrative tasks and duties
• When applicable act as official liaison officer to coordinate communication between stakeholders and AboCoders project team as directed by your director or centre coordinator
• Carry out any other duties as required
