Goverment Institution too? How can these pple simply hate HND holders so much? If not hate I dont know how to discribe a situation where a test or interview will be conducted for the would be employees and before such test or interview they have already decided that some are more equal than the others. why not give every (HND, BSC)graduate equal right and then pick the best for each of the categories? This has to stop oo. Somebody pls help.

This discrimination is too much, if the government are not interested in HND holders just close the whole polytechnics and continue with the universities.

we are in a serious trouble in this country where applicant who is looking for his/her daily bread would be ask to pay. the question that follows is, is FGN generating revenue from applicants? if yes then there is confusion in the land

Goodluck where hath though? even if patience has gone to asaba, must we then become defenceless? worst of all its coming from those that shld help us(FGN), isn't this a go ahead to those cheat recruiting firms? Arise EFCC and ICPC to this call but nonetheless i beseech us all to strive harder and put the DEVILS in thier place. Obey if you can.

If the government wants to generate fund she should do so not from the poor unemployed masses in the name of creating employment which is not certain for any one that are not connected directly to the ruling class. This is both uncivilize, crude unjust Extortion and bad

i want to the government are not interested in the plight of the masses. How do expect people who are jobless to pay such an amount just to apply. In most cases, the high and mighty in the society must have filled all the vacant position with the names of their relatives. This is indeed rediculous!I don't expect this from a government agency even if other prvate establisments have to do it. SHAME TO THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I refuse to believe that this is Nigeria. A country I always wish I wud someday b able to proudly call "my beloved country". I refuse to believe that the FG is aware of this fraud and still allow it! If I may ask, what is the money for? Is this country that poor that she cant afford to build a website for applicant to fill recruitment forms? Cos it's not hard copies that I wud say they needed to cover the cost of materials. It's very obvious this ppl are not here to help us, bt to frustrate us the more! Imagine d no of graduates that will rush to buy d scratch card! Imagine d no they will finally give d job on merit, i.e without godfatherism. I bet, 1 to 10,000! They will simply make us poorer and more miserable. Well, If I have it b4 d deadline, I will give it to them to fill their already fat belly, bt if I dont, wel, I wont kill myself! So guys do ur best, God will take care of their miserable lives. But hey! Dont forget you have a certificate, and as long as there is live, there is HOPE whether fraudstars like this like it or yes!

Anyway, 1500 is not the problem, but the question is, does quota system still hold? because it will be dangerous to give all the job to the uncles and causins and the village people of the Narcotic General or what do you call him, and come back to announce that it is only the people from his place that meet up with the ndlea requirement. We Nigerians will find it difficult to forgive all of you.
