We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Architect

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Development of building designs for both process and non-process buildings
• Preparation CAD model and drawing information
• Preparation CAD model schedules
• Provide input to project specific specifications and stage reports
• Manage and lead interdisciplinary design issues associated with building design development as directed by the Lead Architect
• Review, interpret, and apply local, national and client standards within building designs
• Provide safe, efficient and effective designs recognising best practices, current technologies, and meeting project and client expectations

Requirements

• You will need a minimum 2:1 degree in Architecture
• Candidates who apply for this position should be able to show experience of organisational skills, interpersonal skills, an eagerness for learning and self-motivation
• Enthusiasm about developing a career in the architectural engineering and oil and gas industry
• Demonstrated initiative, tenacity and excellent communication skills with an ability to learn quickly and be adaptable and flexible to match business requirements
