Job Description

• The key purpose of this job role is to build and lead the business development team and maximize the revenue streams of our product offerings.

• Hiring and leading the business development team to meet our strategic goals
• Be responsible to find and develop new approaches in order to significantly increase the value that we bring to all of our clients
• Pitch, close and integrate new products by making sure, that our strategic goals are met
• Work closely with the management team to develop new acquisition campaigns
• Work closely together with our global Seedstars supportive teams.

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in Business Administration/ -Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in a business development role within a financial company, e-commerce company or similar online business
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Excellent knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
• Strong project management expertise with proven strategic and analytical skills
• Understanding of cross-functional and global business requirements
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages are a plus
