We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistic & Warehouse Manager

Location: Nationwide

Job Description
This is an area where A & A International Business Solutions Ltd. Strives for 100% efficiency. Apart from our own consignments for export, we also act as freight forwarders and supply Chain Managers for some of our local and foreign partners. We cover their Logistics & Warehouse Management and manage their distribution network in Nigerian. On a part time basis, we have resources who perform the following tasks;

• Track Consignments
• Follow up on consignments
• Hire local laborers and supervise loading and offloading of consignments
• Documentations and invoicing
• Follow up on payments.

Our more experience full time resources handle the more complex logistic management tasks like:

• Understand the laws, regulations and practices governing our products or services in your target market;
• Undertake export documentation, including invoicing, bills of lading, certificates of origin and health and safety certificates;
• Follow up on tariffs, customs duties and processing fees, as well as taxes payable on your shipment;
• Advise on export-related services offered by brokers, trading houses, agents, freight forwarders and insurance companies;
• Supervise the labeling , packing, transportation and storage of our fragile products; and
• Advise on payment options such as letters of credit, bills of exchange and open account transactions.

Requirements

• Basic computer appreciation.
• Requires ability to use the internet for emails and status reporting.
• Requires basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel to template reporting.
• Good communication in English.
• Requires ability to supervise others (especially unskilled laborers).

Compensation Information
Entry Level Logistic & Warehouse Manager earn between N 65,000 and N 95,000. Compensation can also be competitive and commensurate with experience.
