Just Afang is a start-up Online food vendor that specializes in the sales of local African delicacies.

We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Direct Reports: Business Manager
Specialization: Marketing
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

Drive strategy, plan and execute marketing initiatives
Responsible for promotional and sales activities
Recommend development and implement in-store marketing strategies as appropriate

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The marketing manager is responsible for effectively promoting Just Afang product
Develop and maintain relationships and communication with key partners/customers
The marketing manager has a duty to innovate and create strategies to maximize profit.
It is the duty of the marketing manager to get involve in overseeing employees who are responsible for updating JUST AFANG website and social media sites
The marketing manager may host charitable fundraisers, restaurant anniversary celebrations and other special events to attract customers
Conduct regular research analysis of existing and new digital marketing platforms to determine effectiveness
Manage advertising and partnership development for Just Afang
Work with social media consultant to create publicity and Provide on-site event support where necessary.
Manage all digital marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualification

Minimum of an OND.
1-3 years experience.

Working Relationships:

Productivity
Sales maximization
Customer relations
Promotional management and Control.

Basic Requirements:

Must Be between the ages of 20 - 30 years of age
Must be at least an OND Certificate holder
Must have at least 1 -3 year experience
Must have intermediary internet and social media skills. Knowledge in website management is an added advantage
Proven experience as a marketer or relevant role
Familiarity with company policies
Ability to learn a variety of marketing methods and strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and other computer software.
